The Delhi Minimum Wages Notification (Oct 2019)

Government Of National Capital Territory of Delhi vide notification number F. 13(1)/2018/MW/Lab/3602 has released minimum rates of wages for the National Capital Territory of Delhi effective 22nd October 2019.

TIC should be generated within 10 days of joining

   1)      Employees must be registered online on the date of appointment; the online system shall allow maximum 10 days to register the new employee.

   2)      Contribution against employee must be deposited within the due date. You shall not be able to deposit contribution online after 42 days from the end date of contribution period.

For Ex.  If Employee has joined the organization on 1 Oct 2019, so we should allott the Esic Number within the 10 days after his/her Date of Joining i.e. on 10 Oct 2019, after that we would not be able to generate his/her  Esic Number.

Gujarat Minimum Wages 1st Oct 2019 to 31st Mar 2020

As per the notification on Dt. 30-09-2019 regarding. The State Government as declared the fresh basic rates of Salary/Wages for the period from Dt. 01-10-2019 to 31-03-2020 for 46 business in Zone - I & Zone - II. The same may please be paid during the above period.
