The ESIC vide circular No. X-11/14/6/2015-P&D dated 1st April 2021 has published the updated list of implemented and non-implemented areas under ESIC 2.0/ Vison-2022 as on 1st April 2021.
The state wise updated list of implementation of the respective states/districts are mentioned in Annexure I. Therefore, Employers may reach out to the nearest RO/SRO of ESIC Department, verify local office preparedness and comply with obtaining ESIC code/ sub-codes wherever applicable.

Effective date would be 1 April 2021.
